  • • Serves as the Global Leader for Governance and Enablement for Artificial Intelligence across Unisys Corporation, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned with global standards and enterprise-wide trust and compliance.
  • • Drives alignment of global AI governance standards including ISO42001:2023 and the EU AI Act, oversees certification and attestation efforts, and maintains the authoritative registry of all AI projects with clear ownership and status tracking.
  • • Leads a multi-tiered AI Governance Council comprising cross-functional stakeholders from Executive leadership, AI Practice, Legal, CISO, Finance, HR, and Business Units to ensure cohesive policy implementation and oversight.
  • • Develops and maintains the enterprise AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), defining permitted applications, prohibited behaviors, human oversight requirements, and escalation procedures aligned with international risk frameworks.
  • • Drives cultural adoption of responsible AI practices through training programs, awareness campaigns, and governance champions networks to foster organization-wide AI literacy and accountability.
  • • Part of Unisys Global AI Practice, the company’s center of excellence for AI strategy, development, and trusted deployment across enterprise and client engagements worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • BA/BS degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI governance, compliance, risk management, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • • Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant discipline such as AI ethics, computer science, law, public policy, or business administration.
  • • Proven experience driving alignment with global AI standards including ISO42001:2023, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain enterprise-level policies such as AI Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) with clear risk classifications and oversight procedures.
  • • Experience leading cross-functional governance councils involving executives, legal, security, finance, HR, and business unit leaders.
  • • Background in designing and delivering training programs, awareness campaigns, or change management initiatives to drive cultural adoption of responsible AI practices.
