- • The Global Learning & Development Program Manager will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that build leadership and managerial capabilities across PAR Technology Corporation’s global workforce, directly supporting organizational performance and employee growth.
- • Day to day, the role involves facilitating leadership and manager development workshops, creating onboarding and self-paced learning content, coordinating with external providers, tracking program participation and feedback, and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities in partnership with HR and leaders.
- • PAR Technology Corporation is a global leader in restaurant technology, serving over 100,000 restaurants in 110+ countries with unified POS, digital ordering, loyalty, and hardware solutions, guided by a 'Better Together' culture focused on innovation and customer success.
- • In this role, the person will gain hands-on experience in global L&D program execution, develop expertise in leadership curriculum design, strengthen facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and learn to measure learning impact using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development
- • Proven experience building and delivering leadership and/or manager development programs
- • Experience designing and developing online learning, microlearning, and other self-paced content
- • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- • Experience facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs
- • Ability to partner with leaders at different levels and translate business needs into development solutions
- • Strong communication skills—able to create messaging that drives engagement and behavior change
- • Experience working with learning platforms, content providers, or LMS/LXP tools
- • Comfortable using data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve programs
- • Experience working in a global environment across regions preferred
