This advanced subject matter expert role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing the company's data infrastructure specifically within the People & Culture domain, ensuring it aligns with established frameworks and robust governance principles.
• • You will be accountable for defining the comprehensive lifecycle of people data, from its storage and consumption to its integration and management across diverse data entities and IT systems. This includes overseeing any applications that utilize or process this critical data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at every stage.
• • A core responsibility involves creating and refining a data governance framework tailored to meet both business and technology requirements. This framework will prioritize data security and strict adherence to global regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and will be seamlessly integrated into relevant organizational processes to foster a data-driven culture.
