- • As a Cyber Resilience Advisor at Immersive Labs Limited, you will partner with large enterprise customers to deliver measurable business outcomes and maximize the value of the Immersive Platform through a programmatic, people-centric approach to cyber resilience.
- • Day to day, you will engage stakeholders across customer organizations—from C-level executives to technical teams—to assess cybersecurity objectives, implement strategies using the Cyber Resilience Methodology, drive platform adoption, and develop custom reports and insights that enhance organizational preparedness and responsiveness.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams as the voice of the customer to support product innovation and content development, while working closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver Executive Business Reviews that drive account health and expansion.
- • Immersive Labs is a leader in people-centric cyber resilience, serving global brands like Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC with an agile SaaS platform that enables continuous assessment and proof of cyber capabilities through real-life simulations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise cybersecurity strategy, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven reporting, while contributing to the evolution of a cutting-edge platform that transforms how organizations build and prove resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role
- • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and industry standards
- • Ability to develop and deliver people-centric cybersecurity programs and lead technical presentations for diverse audiences
