- • The Global People Partner role at FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. is a strategic HR position focused on partnering with senior leaders to support team members and lead talent programs that drive organizational success. This role is critical for implementing scalable HR initiatives that align with business objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders on talent solutions, managing employee relations, driving performance management and diversity initiatives, designing and delivering learning & development programs, overseeing workforce planning and total rewards alignment, and ensuring compliance with global employment laws. The role also involves hands-on operational HR tasks, HRIS management (including BambooHR), and mentoring others to elevate HR’s strategic impact.
- • The People Team at FiscalNote is dedicated to empowering employees by fostering an inclusive culture of belonging, innovation, and professional growth. They support the employee lifecycle through professional development, performance management, and total rewards programs, ensuring individuals are both personally comfortable and professionally challenged.
- • In this role, the candidate will develop expertise in strategic HR leadership, global talent program design, data-driven decision-making using HR analytics, and influencing senior stakeholders. They will gain experience in scaling HR functions in a multinational tech environment and mature their ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least seven years of experience in employee relations within fast-paced, global environments
- • Proven expertise in performance management, diversity initiatives, and employment laws across multiple regions
- • Experience designing and implementing scalable talent development, workforce planning, and total rewards programs
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- • Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR, and leveraging data analytics for HR decision-making
- • Experience in high-growth organizations or tech firms; multinational leadership background is a plus
