- • As a Global Project Management Leader at PerkinElmer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project governance and change within a major global OneSource account, driving operational excellence across international laboratory sites in Europe and the USA.
- • Day to day, you will lead the governance operating cycle, manage project timelines and change requests, execute program cadence, lead new site implementations, coordinate cross-functional meetings, escalate issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across global teams.
- • You will join PerkinElmer’s OneSource team, an outsourced service provider embedded at customer sites like AstraZeneca, supporting laboratory operations with professional services and leveraging over 80 years of scientific innovation to deliver critical solutions to healthcare, government, and academic customers.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership in global program management, master complex stakeholder coordination, gain deep expertise in laboratory operations and Six Sigma methodologies, and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • >3 years experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager role
- • Experience working across global teams in a matrix environment
- • Experience working within operational roles in a Laboratory environment
- • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- • Project Management Professional Certification
- • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
