  • • Design and deploy a unified talent acquisition intake process across all verticals to ensure consistency, adoption, and auditability
  • • Build and maintain job-family-specific scorecards in partnership with each TA team to standardize evaluation criteria
  • • Define, publish, and enforce SLAs by vertical to ensure accountability and performance alignment
  • • Create and maintain the TA wiki as the single source of truth for all processes, templates, and operational standards
  • • Develop structured onboarding programs for new individual contributors and incoming RPO partners
  • • Conduct quarterly process audits to identify drift, degradation, or non-compliance and implement corrective actions
  • • Build and maintain the monthly ExCo TA dashboard with executive-level insights and KPIs
  • • Produce hiring manager dashboards by vertical to enable data-informed decision-making
  • • Run quarterly candidate NPS analysis by vertical, track trends, and trigger corrective alerts for declining experiences
  • • Measure and report on the impact of TA transformation initiatives using before/after metrics
  • • Partner with the Head of TA to establish conditions for reliable, actionable, and standardized reporting
  • • Lead full deployment and configuration of ATS and CRM systems across all verticals (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or equivalent)
  • • Identify and eliminate low-value manual tasks through workflow automation within the TA tech stack
  • • Build and maintain integrations between ATS, HRIS, and other HR systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • • Develop a 12-month AI roadmap in partnership with the Head of TA, identifying use cases such as job description generation, CV screening support, and candidate communication automation
  • • Pilot and evaluate AI tools (e.g., Dust and equivalents), track adoption rates, and measure efficiency gains
  • • Train TA teams on AI tools and embed them into existing workflows to drive scalability
  • • Set up degradation alerts on key metrics including candidate NPS, time-to-hire (TTH), and interviews-to-hire ratios
  • • Monitor cross-vertical consistency in process execution, evaluation criteria, and candidate experience
  • • Produce corrective action plans when SLAs are missed or KPIs show sustained degradation
  • • Report quarterly to the Head of TA on the operational health and performance of TA across all verticals
  • • Serve as the primary operational interface with HRIS on data flows, system integrations, and reporting requirements
  • • Interface with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to embed compensation benchmark data into TA reporting
  • • Support People Partners in designing and implementing the internal mobility tracking process
  • • Coordinate with RPO partners to ensure SLA compliance and performance reporting alignment
  • • Maintain a strong data culture by critically interpreting TA metrics beyond surface-level reporting
  • • Operate fully bilingually in French and English to support global TA operations

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years specifically in Recruitment Operations (RecOps)
  • • Proven experience deploying and optimizing ATS/CRM platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or equivalent
  • • Demonstrated ability to build TA dashboards and deliver C-level reporting with actionable insights
  • • Experience designing processes in a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • • Strong data culture: ability to critically analyze TA metrics, not just report them
  • • Genuine interest in AI applications within HR operations and experience piloting AI tools
