• • As the Global Renewal Specials - Benefits Lead at Kota Technologies Limited, you will own and shape the end-to-end renewal process across multiple geographies and product lines, managing complex multi-provider renewals for high-profile European employers. This role is central to demonstrating value, retaining client trust, and growing revenue through trusted partnerships and process excellence.
• • You will oversee the full lifecycle of renewals across health, life, income protection, travel, and pension products, lead client and insurer alignment, maintain relationships with insurance partners, and coordinate pricing submissions, negotiations, and regulatory compliance under Central Bank of Ireland and FCA standards.
• • You will join a fast-growing, innovative insurtech company redefining employee benefits through its Kota Platform and Kota Embed solutions, serving tens of thousands of employees at forward-thinking firms like Carwow, Tines, Zoe, and Remote, backed by over €20M in funding from top-tier investors.
• • In this role, you will define and refine the renewal playbook by building standardized timelines, templates, checklists, and workflows, collaborate with Customer Success, Benefits Consultants, Product, and Compliance teams, and contribute to product improvements that enable a scalable, tech-enabled renewal experience.
