- • As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator at Twilio, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, assets, and operations across Twilio’s global footprint by monitoring physical and digital security data sources and serving as the first point of contact for safety and security concerns.
- • Day to day, you will monitor access control systems, open-source threat intelligence, and travel safety applications; triage and respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, and security events; dispatch emergency resources; coordinate with crisis teams; send mass notifications; maintain incident documentation; and support access control, visitor management, and traveler safety processes.
- • You will be part of Twilio’s Corporate Safety & Security team, a remote-first, globally distributed group dedicated to protecting people and operations through proactive monitoring, rapid response, and continuous improvement of security protocols using best-in-class technology and standardized procedures.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in physical security systems, incident management, emergency response coordination, and open-source intelligence analysis while strengthening your crisis communication, decision-making under pressure, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a high-stakes, dynamic environment.
