- • Serve as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner supporting key business areas across a global organization, providing end-to-end people support from onboarding to offboarding.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, including Chiefs, on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, performance reviews, promotions, learning needs, and compensation strategies.
- • Lead and contribute to global People initiatives including performance management, mentoring programs, and career path development to align talent strategy with business objectives.
- • Drive the full employee lifecycle for assigned teams, managing performance cycles, career interviews, compensation campaigns, and employee pulse initiatives with autonomy and precision.
- • Advise managers on compliance and best practices related to Spanish Employment Law and/or French Employment Law, ensuring local legal alignment in HR decisions.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance and evolve global People processes, improving efficiency and employee experience across international operations.
- • Provide proactive guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and psychological safety.
- • Support talent retention and development by identifying growth opportunities, facilitating internal mobility, and promoting learning and development pathways.
- • Collaborate with global HR teams to implement scalable, inclusive, and equitable HR practices that reflect Back Market’s B Corp values and mission-driven culture.
- • Act as a key communicator and active listener, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to employees and managers across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
- • Maintain high organizational agility in a fast-growing, international environment, managing multiple concurrent priorities with structure, urgency, and discretion.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding these principles into HR practices, supporting Employee Resource Groups, and promoting cultural competency across teams.
- • Contribute to building a workplace that reflects Back Market’s environmental mission, ensuring HR strategies align with sustainability goals and ethical business practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with full-cycle HR ownership
- • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle including performance reviews, career development, compensation campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
- • Strong expertise in Spanish Employment Law and/or solid understanding of French Employment Law
- • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-growing, international, or multinational environment
- • Fluency in English (professional working proficiency)
- • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to dynamic situations
