📋 Description

• • As the Global Tax Expert at Glow25 GmbH, you will serve as the central coordination point for all tax-related matters, ensuring the company operates on a secure and compliant tax foundation across international markets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building a Tax Governance Framework, developing internal tax policies (e.g., for events, gifts, and entertainment), managing VAT structures and processes for e-commerce and marketplace operations, coordinating OSS, ZM, and USt filings with accounting and external advisors, overseeing withholding tax, payroll tax, and artists’ social security contributions, supporting product launches and country expansions with tax compliance (including customs and import VAT), managing tax positions in monthly and annual financial reporting, and preparing for and coordinating tax audits while developing a medium-term Transfer Pricing framework.
