Go-To-Market Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• • As the Go-To-Market Systems Administrator at EasyLlama, you will be the primary systems owner for the company’s GTM tooling, ensuring seamless operation and optimization of critical platforms that power sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This role is pivotal in enabling EasyLlama’s mission to transform HR compliance training by maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports scalable, data-driven go-to-market strategies.
• • Day to day, you will administer HubSpot, Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Lucia, Sendspark, and LlamaVisor—managing user access, configurations, integrations, automation, and data integrity. You will design and maintain workflows, troubleshoot sync issues, build reports, create documentation, train end-users, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budgets for GTM tooling, all while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
