- • As a Governance, Risk, & Compliance Program Manager at Dropbox, you will play a crucial role in building compliance across the product set to protect Dropbox and its users, ensuring the company remains worthy of trust by managing risks to data and meeting security, privacy, and regulatory commitments.
- • You will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales teams to execute cross-team projects from design through implementation against regulatory and compliance frameworks, especially AI-specific standards, while identifying solutions to ambiguous problems and maturing the overall compliance program through innovative, automation-driven approaches.
- • You will join a growing team focused on promoting user trust and managing data risks, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors during assessments, driving AI-enabled GRC automation efforts, and providing guidance on new laws and regulations to management.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI governance, risk, and compliance, strengthen project management and organizational skills, deepen technical knowledge of cloud computing and security principles, and grow your ability to influence cross-functional alignment and lead compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience building or maintaining programs to mitigate risks around security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy
- • Experience facilitating or being the subject of SOC, ISO, HIPAA and/or PCI audits at a fast-paced technology company, public accounting firm, or similar environment
- • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product & Development teams to define compliance needs in a multi-product environment
- • Moderate familiarity with technical concepts relevant to cloud computing: logical access control, agile development, secure coding, security architecture, information security, network security, and privacy
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to drive projects to completion with high-level direction while fostering collaboration
- • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- • CISA, CISSP, CCSK, CIPP, or other professional certifications/associations required
