  • • Qualify and route inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels to advance prospects through the sales funnel.
  • • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools including Slack and Salesforce to build rapport and assess fit.
  • • Measure success by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
  • • Utilize structured sales processes and internal playbooks to ensure consistent messaging and high conversion rates across all lead channels.
  • • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead quality, feedback, and customer journey improvements.
  • • Learn and apply SaaS-specific metrics, terminology, and financial acronyms to effectively communicate value to prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • • Adapt quickly to the construction, infrastructure, and industrial industries, mastering new terminology and use cases for Dashpivot’s digital workflow platform.
  • • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in Salesforce to ensure visibility into pipeline health and team performance tracking.
  • • Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly team reviews, and monthly all-hands meetings to stay aligned with company goals and share insights.
  • • Leverage onboarding resources, including recorded call examples and SaaS acronyms guides, to rapidly develop proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • • Operate in a high-velocity environment where autonomy and outcomes are prioritized over hours logged, with no time monitoring or unnecessary meetings.
  • • Work within a transparent culture that shares key metrics, customer stories, hiring plans, and financial performance with all team members.
  • • Contribute to a diverse, global team of over 150 employees across 18+ countries, with 55% from underrepresented ethnic backgrounds and 43% identifying as female.
  • • Take advantage of flexible work options including remote, hybrid, and the ability to work from anywhere for several weeks per year.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation abilities across email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
  • • Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple high-volume tasks simultaneously.
  • • Willingness to learn and adapt to the construction and industrial industries, including unfamiliar terminology and non-tech-savvy users.
  • • Resilience to handle frequent rejection and maintain high performance in a KPI-driven environment.
  • • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in SaaS sales with a focus on relationship-building and structured processes.
  • • Ability to quickly master CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), live chat platforms, and digital meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
