📋 Description
- • Qualify and route inbound leads through two distinct channels: self-service and inside sales, ensuring accurate lead progression within the sales funnel.
- • Engage prospects daily via phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal communication tools including Slack and Salesforce to build rapport and assess fit.
- • Drive pipeline growth by consistently booking and completing product demonstrations, with performance measured directly by the number of demos secured each month.
- • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with the current team maintaining ≥95% of target attainment consistently since onboarding.
- • Learn and apply SaaS-specific metrics, terminology, and financial acronyms to effectively communicate value and navigate sales conversations.
- • Adapt quickly to the construction and industrial industries, acquiring knowledge of industry-specific terminology, workflows, and customer pain points despite no prior exposure.
- • Utilize structured onboarding materials and internal playbooks to develop proficiency in cold outreach, objection handling, and digital meeting facilitation.
- • Maintain high levels of organization and prioritization while managing multiple concurrent leads, ensuring no prospect falls through the cracks.
- • Deliver clear, compelling written and verbal communication across all channels, including email, video conferencing, and in-person interactions.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to account executives and provide feedback for process improvement.
- • Embrace a fast-paced, high-agency environment where rapid learning, resilience, and self-motivation are essential for success.

- • Competitive, performance-based remuneration with OTE of £41,250 to £60,500 (incl. Pension), including base salary of £27,500 to £38,500 and commission of £13,750 to £22,000.
