📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based mission-driven clients by delivering high-impact, fast-turnaround creative assets that combine strong storytelling with precision visual execution, enabling campaigns to drive real-world action through branding, digital, and print design.
• This is a fully remote position requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), offering designers the chance to work on high-volume, mission-critical projects where speed, adaptability, and AI-augmented workflows are essential to success.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing high-quality print and digital assets such as social media graphics, email and texting campaigns, promotional materials, mail pieces (postcards, magazines), and branded merchandise (apparel, koozies, bags) using provided copy and assets.
• The designer will ensure brand consistency by aligning all work with established guidelines, pulling visual elements from existing pieces, and maintaining visual coherence across deliverables while meeting aggressive turnaround times—including same-day and 2-hour deadlines for social assets.
• They will efficiently incorporate feedback through internal approval systems, submit work for review, and iterate quickly based on direction from creative leads and operations stakeholders.
• A key aspect of the role involves leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., Magnific, Topaz) to enhance low-quality client-supplied images, staying current with emerging AI design technologies, and applying a curious, learning-oriented mindset to integrate new workflows.
• Collaboration with operations and creative leads is central to delivering projects on time and at high quality, with occasional support for website and landing page design using tools like Framer when needed.
• The designer will build Canva templates and brand kits enabling non-designers to edit assets independently, contributing to scalable creative production.
• Working within a fast-moving creative agency that serves U.S.-based mission-driven organizations, the designer joins a team focused on blending human talent with AI to elevate design execution at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, campaign, or high-volume production environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus proficiency in Canva for template creation and brand kit management
• Familiarity with AI-driven design and image enhancement tools (e.g., Magnific, Topaz) and a strong interest in applying AI to improve design workflows
