- • As a Graphic Designer at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a key role in shaping and improving the visual consistency of developing brands while supporting day-to-day creative and marketing needs across health, education, and entertainment products.
- • You will create high-quality visual assets for brand, marketing, product, campaign, and creative ad production, adapting your work to different audiences, channels, and brand directions while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- • Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products, with teams driving the future of consumer-led solutions across multiple industries, seeking passionate individuals to contribute to their mission.
- • In this role, you will develop your skills in cross-functional collaboration, adaptive design, motion graphics, and design system thinking, while gaining experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that values creativity, ownership, and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- • Strong animation skills in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to create motion graphics and animated creative assets
- • Experience creating digital assets such as banners, promotional visuals, product visuals, campaign assets, and social or ad creatives
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while balancing quality, speed, and changing priorities
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand briefs, ask the right questions, and apply feedback clearly
