📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients by creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement through strategic storytelling and digital-first creativity, directly contributing to marketing campaign success and brand visibility across social media and digital channels.
• The person will design graphics for Meta and LinkedIn, create banners, logos, ad creatives, and marketing collateral, collaborate with marketing and content teams to align on goals and feedback, optimize designs using performance insights and platform best practices, ensure brand consistency across all outputs, and utilize Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to deliver polished, on-brand visual content.
• The team is part of a creative media and cultural consultancy that partners with brands to enhance visibility and engagement through culturally informed, digital-first design, operating in a fully remote environment with a focus on serving U.S. clients during EST business hours.
• The person can learn to refine cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced remote setting, deepen expertise in platform-specific design for Meta and LinkedIn, build a stronger portfolio of performance-driven marketing assets, and grow their ability to translate brand storytelling into impactful visual communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related visual design role, preferably within a marketing or digital content environment
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience designing for social media platforms, particularly Meta and LinkedIn, including banners, logos, ad creatives, and digital marketing assets
• Strong creative design ability with attention to detail, visual problem-solving skills, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration and feedback integration
• Ability to manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating design versatility and strong visual execution across digital mediums
