📋 Description

• Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for crafting compelling visual narratives? Scale Army is seeking a talented individual to join a leading company in the dynamic roofing industry. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on a U.S.-based client's brand presence. You will be instrumental in developing a wide array of marketing assets, from eye-catching ad creatives and engaging social media content to essential web graphics and logos. Your work will directly contribute to elevating the client's brand, enhancing user experiences, and driving campaign success.
• As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key collaborator within the Marketing team, working hand-in-hand with marketing professionals and UI/UX designers. Your primary responsibility will be to translate marketing objectives and brand guidelines into visually stunning and effective designs. This involves conceptualizing and executing designs for various platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all touchpoints. You will be tasked with creating a diverse range of materials, including digital advertisements, social media visuals, website banners, landing page elements, icons, infographics, and potentially new logo concepts or refinements.
• A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with the UI/UX designer. Together, you will ensure that web graphics are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and user-friendly. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Proven proficiency in Figma, with demonstrated experience in creating and collaborating on web and UI designs.
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other industry-standard design software.
• Experience designing a comprehensive range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, logos, banners, and ad creatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, particularly with marketing and design departments.
