• • As the visual engine of First Connect Insurance Services LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's brand identity and communication across all platforms as our dedicated Graphic Designer.
• • This is a production-focused role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and delivery of a high volume of marketing, sales, and internal visual content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
• • You will take our existing brand foundations and actively expand upon them, developing new company-wide design standards and style guidelines to support our evolving visual needs and ensure long-term brand consistency.
• • You will serve as a vital creative partner to Product Designers, Email Marketing Specialists, and Sales teams, collaborating closely to guarantee brand cohesion across every digital and physical touchpoint.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve the design and finalization of a wide array of graphic assets for digital channels. This includes creating compelling digital advertisements, engaging social media graphics, effective email assets, and visually appealing landing pages.
• • A key aspect of this role is the ability to prioritize design requests efficiently, manage multiple project deadlines effectively, and maintain a robust, organized asset library. This ensures the team remains agile, efficient, and always has access to the necessary visual resources.
• • You will partner closely with the Sales team and other cross-functional departments to design high-impact PowerPoint decks and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• • This includes utilizing, maintaining, and improving existing presentation templates to ensure all pitch materials are professional, polished, and consistently on-brand, enhancing the sales team's effectiveness.
• • Furthermore, you will lead the design and execution of physical marketing touchpoints. This encompasses creating impactful flyers, informative white papers, eye-catching tradeshow materials such as banners and signage, and other branded collateral.
• • By evolving our current brand foundations, you will establish new style guidelines and internal design standards. This proactive approach will support our growing visual requirements and ensure a unified brand experience across all applications.
• • You will work in close collaboration with the Email Marketing Specialist to develop campaign creative that resonates with our audience and aligns with marketing objectives.
• • Seamless integration with the in-app user experience will be a priority as you collaborate with Product Designers, ensuring that marketing visuals complement and enhance the user journey.
