• • Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel company as a Graphic Designer who takes pride in craft, sweats the details, and cares about how design impacts brand experience and business outcomes.
• • Execute design work across digital and print formats including social graphics, paid ads, email headers, web banners, print collateral, sales decks, and one-pagers; deliver production-ready files on time; maintain brand asset libraries and templates; apply the brand system with precision; flag off-brand work; collaborate closely with Creative and Art Directors; receive and respond to feedback constructively; communicate timelines and tradeoffs; think critically about every campaign and speak up when work could be improved.
• • Work in a small, fast-moving creative team at Fresh Prints where design sets the brand standard; collaborate directly with leadership; contribute to how creative work scales; grow your craft in an environment that values taste, output, and vision.
• • Develop your skills as a designer who thinks beyond execution — learn to connect creativity to strategy, understand audience and purpose, refine brand systems, and build toward future roles as Art Director or Creative Director through mentorship, feedback, and ownership of meaningful work.
