- • This freelance Graphic Designer - AI Trainer role is critical to advancing AI's understanding of real-world graphic design by bridging expert human insight with machine learning systems, ensuring AI-generated creative outputs are grounded in professional practice and visual reasoning.
- • You will review and refine AI-generated outputs related to graphic design, visual communication, project briefs, and practical aspects of design work, evaluating them for creative quality, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
- • Your responsibilities include drafting realistic design scenarios based on your direct professional experience, creating scenario variations from multiple perspectives (designer, client, creative director, stakeholder), and identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated creative content.
- • You will work independently to provide structured, critical feedback that enhances the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered creative systems, helping shape how AI understands and applies design expertise at scale.
- • As part of 10Xteam Inc., you’ll join a network of expert freelancers collaborating with leading AI labs to build next-generation models, contributing to the evolution of AI in creative industries through meaningful, impact-driven microtasks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level graphic designer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- • Proven expertise in advising on, preparing, and executing design projects across various media (print, digital, branding, etc.)
- • Strong ability to evaluate design concepts, visual communication, and compliance with specifications
- • Comfortable working independently and delivering clear, structured, critical feedback
- • Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to tasks
