This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying Togal's visual identity across all company touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and drive business objectives.

• • *Design & Brand Asset Creation:**
• • Spearhead the creation and meticulous maintenance of a wide array of visual assets that define Togal's brand presence. This includes, but is not limited to:
• • Designing engaging and high-converting website graphics and landing page visuals that capture user attention and guide them through our digital experience.
• • Developing professional and persuasive sales decks, presentations, and proposal materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
• • Crafting eye-catching social media graphics and compelling paid ad creative designed to maximize engagement and drive lead generation across various platforms.
• • Producing impactful video thumbnails, visually striking event graphics, and versatile one-off marketing assets tailored to specific campaign needs.
• • Champion brand consistency by adhering to and actively contributing to the refinement and evolution of Togal's established brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual language across all communications.
• • Engage in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales departments to translate intricate product concepts and technical features into clear, easily understandable, and visually compelling graphics that resonate deeply with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and end-users.
• • *Video Editing & Production Excellence:**
• • Take ownership of the end-to-end editing and production process for a diverse range of video content, including:
• • Producing dynamic product marketing videos and feature spotlights that highlight the capabilities and benefits of our AI platform.
• • Creating clear and concise help center and customer education videos that empower users and enhance their experience with Togal.
• • Developing engaging YouTube content and short-form social media clips designed to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• • Editing and polishing webinar recordings and virtual event content to ensure a professional and impactful presentation.
• • Enhance video narratives by skillfully incorporating motion graphics, dynamic titles, informative overlays, and subtle animations to elevate production quality and viewer engagement.
• • Maintain a meticulously organized video asset library, ensuring all video content is efficiently managed, easily retrievable, and optimized for performance across intended platforms (e.g., web, social media, advertising).
• • *Cross-Functional Partnership and Project Management:**
• • Foster strong partnerships with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand their strategic goals and deliver visual assets that directly contribute to achieving key business outcomes.
