• • Stay three steps ahead of the design curve—mine industry reports, trend blogs, interviews, and viral videos to translate tomorrow’s aesthetic into today’s brand assets.
• • Partner elbow-to-elbow with content writers to brainstorm and illustrate concepts that make complex ideas instantly understandable and irresistibly shareable.
• • Stress-test every graphic across desktop, mobile, tablet, dark-mode, and print to guarantee flawless user experiences no matter where the audience meets the brand.
• • Act as the final gatekeeper of visual quality—leverage layout and proofing tools to catch typos, misalignments, or off-brand colors before they ever reach the public eye.
• • Pitch and prototype fresh visual concepts that fuse Wing’s core identity with hard-hitting marketing objectives, then shepherd those ideas from napkin sketch to live campaign.
• • Handle the behind-the-scenes magic: maintain asset libraries, tag files for lightning-fast retrieval, and keep campaign trackers updated so stakeholders always know what’s launching next.
• • Produce short-form video and motion graphics that amplify brand storytelling and boost engagement metrics across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
• • Translate quarterly business goals into creative marketing strategies, complete with mood boards, storyboards, and measurable KPIs that prove design drives revenue.
• • Jump into ad-hoc creative challenges—whether it’s a last-minute webinar deck, a surprise product launch, or a CEO keynote—delivering polished visuals at startup speed.
• • Work US business hours from the comfort of your home in Manila, collaborating seamlessly with a globally distributed team that values async communication and rapid iteration.
