- • Own the visual identity of ThriveCart across every customer touch-point—from landing pages and product UI graphics to social ads, email headers, affiliate banners, and event swag—ensuring every pixel feels unmistakably “ThriveCart.”
- • Partner daily with marketing, product, and engineering to translate campaign strategies into scroll-stopping static, motion, and video assets that drive measurable lifts in CTR, activation, and MRR.
- • Build and evolve a scalable design system (typography, color, illustration, iconography, templates) that empowers non-designers to ship on-brand creative at startup speed without sacrificing quality.
- • Lead A/B and multivariate creative tests; analyze performance data in Figma, Google Analytics, and Amplitude, then iterate rapidly—often shipping new variants within 24 hours—to optimize funnel conversion.
- • Storyboard and produce short-form motion graphics (Lottie, After Effects, Premiere) for ads, product tours, and onboarding animations that simplify complex e-commerce workflows into delightful 5-second stories.
- • Art-direct freelance illustrators, photographers, and video editors; write detailed briefs, manage timelines, and uphold brand standards so every collaborator delivers production-ready files on the first pass.
- • Champion accessibility and responsive best practices—designing for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across desktop, tablet, and mobile so merchants in 190+ countries experience inclusive, lightning-fast visuals.
- • Present creative concepts to the executive team with confidence, backing aesthetic choices with user-research insights and revenue impact forecasts that secure buy-in and budget for ambitious campaigns.
- • Maintain an organized component library in Figma, version-controlled asset folders in Dropbox, and concise hand-off documentation in Notion so engineers can export retina-ready graphics without endless Slack pings.
- • Stay ahead of DTC, SaaS, and e-commerce design trends; run monthly “show & tell” sessions that inspire the wider team and keep ThriveCart’s brand feeling fresh, bold, and category-defining.
- • Occasionally jump on live-stream product launches or customer webinars to share design thinking in real time, turning our creative process into compelling content that attracts top-tier affiliates and partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional graphic/motion design experience with a portfolio that showcases high-converting marketing campaigns, SaaS product graphics, and scalable design systems.
- • Expert command of Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Lottie; comfortable prototyping animations and exporting lightweight JSON for web.
- • Proven record of using data—A/B tests, heat-maps, or attribution analytics—to iterate creative and lift funnel performance (please share KPIs you influenced).
- • Nice-to-have: experience designing for e-commerce checkout, cart abandonment, or affiliate marketing funnels; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS basics for pixel-perfect hand-offs.
