You will be instrumental in translating brand vision into compelling visual narratives that resonate across all touchpoints, from in-store experiences to expansive digital campaigns.
- • In the realm of Retail & In-Store Design, you will be the driving force behind visually engaging retail environments. This involves conceptualizing and developing high-impact graphics and creative assets tailored for our retail partners and their various activations. Your expertise will be crucial in designing essential in-store marketing collateral, including Point of Sale (POS) materials that capture attention, innovative shelf displays that enhance product visibility, dynamic floor stands that command presence, and persuasive promotional signage that drives consumer interest. A critical aspect of this responsibility is ensuring all designs are print-ready and meticulously aligned with the specific technical specifications and brand guidelines of diverse retailers, guaranteeing a seamless and impactful physical presence for our products.
- • For Packaging & Production, you will take ownership of the end-to-end process of creating and refining packaging artwork. This includes the precise creation and editing of packaging dielines, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to print specifications and technical accuracy. You will be responsible for preparing artwork files for mass production, meticulously ensuring the correct placement and integrity of barcodes and verifying compliance with the stringent requirements of major retailers. A key part of this role involves close collaboration with the NPD (New Product Development) Manager, contributing your creative insights to the overall packaging direction and meticulously executing the final artwork to perfection, ensuring brand consistency and market readiness.
- • In Campaign & Marketing Design, your creativity will be unleashed to develop captivating assets for a wide array of promotions and integrated marketing campaigns. You will design materials that span both retail and digital channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message. This includes the development of impactful print media campaigns, encompassing advertorials and editorials that tell our brand story effectively. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in executing creative concepts for new product launches, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Marketing to generate excitement and drive initial sales through compelling visual storytelling.
- • The Digital & Video Content aspect of this role demands a strong command of modern media. You will be tasked with creating and editing engaging video content specifically for paid advertising initiatives and organic social media channels, optimizing for maximum reach and impact. Concurrently, you will develop a variety of digital assets that are strategically aligned with campaign objectives, brand identity, and platform best practices, ensuring our online presence is both dynamic and effective.
- • To ensure our creative output remains at the forefront, you will actively engage in Market Awareness. This involves diligently monitoring evolving market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and understanding the nuances of the retail landscape.
