Group Home Supervisor

📋 Description

• • Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations of 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services for individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.
• • Works closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication, standardize procedures, and implement person-centered plans; monitors staff interactions across all three shifts to ensure positive relationships and harmony between employees and clients.
