Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF)

📋 Description

• • Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations of 1-3 facilities providing Non-ICF services for individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring staff across all shifts, providing feedback on client interactions, conducting performance reviews, ensuring training compliance, administering medication audits, resolving employee issues, managing select budget items, and providing after-hours on-call coverage as part of a direct care rotation.
