- • The Group Manager Systems Implementation role is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new customer warehouses, influencing and negotiating technology alternative evaluations and implementations, and leading adult education and training programs.
- • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, and at least 8 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years of project management experience and 5 years of experience as an adult educator, trainer, or related role.
- • The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a warehouse setting and travel extensively.
- • The Group Manager Systems Implementation will be responsible for training new staff, on-site training, on-site immersion, leadership training, broad staff engagement, project management, and documentation and reporting.
- • The role also requires the ability to influence, suggest, and lead technology alternative implementations, as well as effectively influence, negotiate, and lead technology alternative evaluations and implementations within both the business and technology sectors.
