- • Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of Stepful’s enterprise Surgical Technology program, from client onboarding through graduate placement and renewal readiness.
- • Design and implement standardized enterprise playbooks for onboarding workflows, escalation protocols, quality review frameworks, and outcome reporting that scale across 3 to 30+ health system clients.
- • Serve as the central operational leader aligning cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Learning, Product, and Engineering to ensure unified delivery and client outcomes.
- • Resolve operational friction between internal teams by clarifying roles, setting shared goals, and driving accountability for program success.
- • Manage and develop a team of operations managers and coordinators, setting clear performance expectations, fostering professional growth, and cultivating a high-performance team culture.
- • Act as a thought leader in defining practical education delivery models for surgical technology training, ensuring curriculum translates into workforce readiness and mastery.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise healthcare clients, including health system executives, to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- • Deliver consistent, high-quality program outcomes by monitoring key metrics, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven improvements.
- • Collaborate with Learning and Product teams to refine program structure based on student performance data, employer feedback, and regulatory requirements.
- • Prepare and present client-facing reports on program performance, graduate placement rates, and workforce impact to support partner decision-making and contract renewals.
- • Ensure compliance with industry standards and institutional requirements for allied health training programs across diverse enterprise clients.
- • Scale operational processes to support rapid growth of the Surgical Tech program while maintaining quality, consistency, and client trust.
- • Represent Stepful in client meetings, industry forums, and partner evaluations as the operational authority for the Surgical Technology program.
- • Translate strategic objectives from leadership into executable operational plans with measurable milestones and accountability structures.
- • Proactively identify risks to program delivery and implement mitigation strategies before they impact client outcomes or partner relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of operations, program management, or consulting experience with significant B2B or enterprise focus
- • Demonstrated experience building playbooks or standardized operating procedures for complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- • Strong external relationship management skills, including comfort engaging with health system executives
- • Track record of aligning internal cross-functional teams around shared operational goals
- • Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals
- • Ability to strategically zoom out on program design while executing granular operational details
