- • Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the eCommerce Purchase Journey, including cart, checkout, order history, and lists experiences.
- • Define and communicate a cohesive product strategy and roadmap across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- • Provide executive-level updates on progress, outcomes, and lessons learned to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- • Align investment and team capacity with portfolio goals to maximize impact and efficiency across the purchase journey.
- • Enable product teams to deliver against committed roadmaps by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
- • Manage up to six product managers, fostering career growth, performance development, and retention of top talent.
- • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing product talent while cultivating a people-first, inclusive culture.
- • Create structured forums for feedback and rapidly resolve team conflicts to minimize churn and maintain high engagement.
- • Oversee execution of key features and initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer-centric outcomes.
- • Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that delight athletes and drive business growth.
- • Ensure technology investments directly enhance customer experience and contribute to measurable business outcomes in eCommerce.
- • Maintain deep understanding of retail, mobile, and enterprise commerce platforms to inform strategic decisions.
- • Champion innovation and authenticity in product development while adhering to company values and ethical standards.
- • Support a secure and fair hiring process by complying with virtual interview requirements, including camera-on policies and AI tool restrictions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 10–15 years of professional experience, including 10–12 years in eCommerce or relevant digital strategy experience
- • Proven experience in product management or digital strategy within retail, mobile, or enterprise commerce platforms
- • Experience managing a team of up to six product managers
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex digital experiences
- • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
