- • Lead enterprise-wide Product Development initiatives as part of the annual Group Refresh project, guiding ideas from inception through staged gates to market launch
- • Collaborate with Strategic Advisors to evaluate market opportunity options and determine their impact on the Group Refresh strategy
- • Conduct complex financial and qualitative analyses to support product development decisions at departmental and enterprise levels
- • Facilitate communication and present strategic information to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive program alignment and execution
- • Assist in evaluating, selecting, and negotiating contracts with strategic vendor partners to deliver innovative, market-differentiating capabilities
- • Organize and communicate progress across the entire product development portfolio to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- • Manage cross-functional teams executing significant business strategies and opportunities, coordinating resources and deliverables across departments
- • Work cross-functionally to define and develop proof of concepts, business cases, designs, business requirements, and functional specifications for strategic initiatives
- • Support the creation of compelling business cases to secure buy-in from strategic teams and clarify detailed delivery components
- • Identify and obtain leadership approval for pricing strategies in partnership with actuarial resources
- • Contribute key product insights to the development of marketing and launch strategies to ensure effective go-to-market execution
- • Review and approve external literature, training materials, functional specifications, and test plans and results to ensure quality and compliance
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years of equivalent experience in marketing or product development)
- • 3 years of experience in marketing or product development
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deliverable deadlines
