- • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Growth Manager, taking direct ownership of key acquisition channels for U.S. loans. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere monitoring and analysis; you will be tasked with uncovering untapped potential, formulating data-driven strategies, and implementing them to drive tangible results. - • Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into the performance of our U.S. loan acquisition channels. You will meticulously analyze performance metrics, identify areas ripe for improvement, and develop comprehensive strategies to optimize these channels. This includes designing and executing rigorous price testing initiatives to gain critical insights into volume elasticity and credit quality, thereby enhancing our competitive positioning in the U.S. market. Your analytical prowess will directly inform volume allocation decisions, balancing growth potential, credit risk, and channel effectiveness to ensure we meet and exceed origination volume targets while maximizing overall business performance.
- • A core aspect of this role is the proactive identification of high-value growth opportunities. You will be expected to formulate and prioritize commercial hypotheses, then rigorously test them using a diverse array of internal and external datasets. This requires a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a deep-seated curiosity. You will be hands-on with data, driving your own analyses using SQL and other analytics tools, rather than simply relying on pre-existing dashboards. Your ability to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable recommendations will be paramount.
- • You will play a crucial role in forecasting origination volume accurately, ensuring that strategic adjustments made to acquisition channels and pricing are aligned with our overarching business objectives.
