- • Engages Medicare-eligible seniors through inbound and outbound virtual calls to promote ChenMed services, schedule First Appointments and VIP tours, address retention concerns, and recover disenrollments.
- • Owns and executes assigned member acquisition, retention, and disenrollment recovery campaigns, collaborating within pods to meet performance goals and optimize conversion rates across the member lifecycle.
- • Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation of all member interactions, campaign outcomes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce and other COE-approved systems.
- • Delivers consistent, professional phone-based interactions by adhering to established campaign workflows, effectively handling objections, and clearly articulating ChenMed’s value proposition to seniors.
- • Actively participates in team discussions to identify process improvements, refine communication strategies, and enhance the overall member experience.
- • Supports pilot programs and strategic initiatives by providing field-based insights, identifying operational challenges, and recommending actionable solutions.
- • Meets or exceeds defined performance metrics including contact rates, conversion rates, retention rates, and quality assurance standards.
- • Works autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of accountability for individual and team outcomes.
- • Travels up to 25% of the time for local, regional, or national team meetings, training sessions, or campaign rollouts.
- • Utilizes strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to build trust and rapport with senior customers through virtual channels, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their healthcare needs.
- • Manages multiple priorities and high call volumes in a fast-paced environment with precision and consistency.
- • Applies negotiation, probing, and closing techniques specifically tailored to phone-based sales interactions with Medicare-eligible populations.
- • Maintains strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations during all member interactions and data handling.
- • Proficiently uses MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and other database, email, and reporting tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
- • Demonstrates strong keyboarding skills, accurately typing and taking notes while engaged in live phone conversations.
- • Exhibits motivation and resilience in a goal-oriented environment, handling rejection and maintaining productivity under pressure.
- • Possesses foundational knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans and senior-focused healthcare service delivery models.
- • Maintains spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual capabilities are an asset.
