• • As a Growth Creative Marketing Manager at Relatio, you will be the driving force behind business growth—from idea generation to scaling—working within the Growth team to launch new R&D funnels, identify growth opportunities in existing business streams, test hypotheses, and create innovative approaches from scratch.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UA, PMM, and Head of Growth to uncover hidden growth opportunities; own the creative function of the Growth zone by launching and developing new funnels and creative strategies; work at the intersection of metrics and ideas to shape strategic decisions beyond CTR/CPA; and enjoy freedom to run bold experiments and fast iterations with budget support and minimal micromanagement.
• • Skelar AS is a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses, with over 1000+ professionals and a portfolio spanning EdTech to marketplaces, including Relatio—a tech company improving romantic relationships through self-development tools, launched in summer 2023 and already scaling rapidly with strong unit economics.
