- • As a Growth & CRO Specialist at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in optimizing user funnels, increasing conversion rates, and driving retention for a high-growth D2C product used by hundreds of thousands of users globally. This role is critical to the company’s mission of building innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment, where data-driven experimentation directly impacts user experience and business growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product funnels to identify drop-offs and friction points, benchmarking competitors for high-impact opportunities, formulating data-backed hypotheses, building functional prototypes using AI tools (like v0 or Lovable) to validate ideas, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ship experiments, interpreting results to define next steps, and maintaining rigorous quality standards across all UI/UX changes and experiments.
- • You will join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team at Ruby Labs that values ownership, speed, and real-world impact. The company operates at the forefront of consumer-led innovation, fostering a culture where initiative is rewarded and learning from feedback is expected. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in Growth, Product, and Engineering, giving you visibility into the full product lifecycle.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in growth experimentation, CRO methodologies, and AI-assisted prototyping. You’ll sharpen your analytical and product intuition, gain hands-on experience shipping experiments end-to-end, and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset by taking full ownership of user journey improvements — preparing you for senior growth or product roles in fast-scaling tech environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, product, or a similar role, with D2C or SaaS experience being a strong plus
- • Strong builder mindset — you create and test ideas rather than just suggesting them
- • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., v0, Lovable, or similar) to build realistic product flows
- • Solid understanding of product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude
- • Ability to think in terms of funnels, user behavior, and conversion
- • High attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- • Strong ownership and drive — you push things forward without waiting for instructions
- • Clear communication in English
