- • The Growth Developer will own the design, development, and optimization of Shopify Plus storefronts, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences for a fast-growing digital education company focused on conversion, engagement, and customer growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Shopify Plus storefronts and landing pages, designing conversion-focused marketing experiences, ensuring site performance and speed, implementing A/B tests and personalization, using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align development with business goals.
- • The company operates in a highly innovative environment with a strong emphasis on experimentation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous optimization across digital campaigns and ecommerce systems, supporting U.S.-based clients from a fully remote location requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- • The role offers the opportunity to improve conversion performance, build scalable optimization systems, enhance technical and CRO expertise, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, iterative environment while contributing to high-performing digital experiences that drive measurable business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in Shopify Plus development
- • Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- • 3–5 years of experience in web development, CRO, or growth-focused roles
- • Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms such as ConvertFlow or Visually
- • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- • Experience supporting experimentation and optimization initiatives within ecommerce environments
