• • As the first Growth Engineer, your primary focus will be on obsessing over the customer journey, from their initial discovery of Stable to their ongoing product experience. You will be instrumental in scaling our customer base from thousands to millions. This involves conceptualizing, designing, measuring, and building software solutions that significantly enhance our product's reach and impact. While this role and team will evolve, you will be at the helm of defining its direction and responsibilities. Your contributions will span several key areas:
• • **Data Analysis & Experimentation:** Dive deep into both internal and external data sources to design and execute experiments across critical growth domains. This includes exploring and optimizing automated content generation strategies, refining go-to-market motions, enhancing landing page performance, and identifying new avenues for customer acquisition and retention.
• • **Core Product Enhancement:** Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimize core product onboarding flows and functionalities. Your work will directly influence conversion rates, drive higher referral rates, and contribute to expansion revenue by making the product more intuitive and valuable for existing users.
• • **Targeted Customer Outreach:** Partner directly with our go-to-market teams to develop and implement software-driven strategies for identifying and targeting potential customers. This involves leveraging unique buying criteria and preferred communication channels to ensure our outreach is both efficient and effective.
• • **Marketing Website Optimization:** Take ownership of instrumenting, improving, and managing our marketing assets, including our primary website (useStable.com). You will ensure our digital presence is optimized for discoverability, engagement, and conversion, acting as a key touchpoint for potential customers.

You will be empowered to define how customers discover and experience Stable, from their very first interaction through signup and continued product usage, with the expectation that you will holistically improve the entire customer lifecycle. A core part of your role will involve running data-driven experiments, meticulously analyzing the results, and rapidly implementing informed decisions. As the pioneer Growth Engineer, you will have the unparalleled opportunity to craft our long-term growth roadmap, establish robust shared experimentation methodologies, and define how this critical function integrates seamlessly with every facet of the business.
