📋 Description

• As a Growth Engineer at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will own the technical lifecycle of the company's digital presence, migrating the marketing site from Webflow to a self-hosted environment on Vercel and Payload CMS to drive high-value enterprise demos through product experiences.
• You will lead engineering efforts to build scalable, edge-optimized infrastructure for personalized landing pages, implement robust analytics and tracking pipelines, and integrate user event data from PostHog into Salesforce CRM to ensure data hygiene and visibility for sales teams.
• You will design, launch, and analyze server-side A/B tests targeting conversion loops, build growth experimentation infrastructure, and architect programmatic templates that dynamically serve tailored content to VIP accounts without visual flicker or layout shifts.
• HappyRobot is a Y Combinator-backed (S23) AI infrastructure startup with over $60M in funding from a16z and Base10, powering autonomous AI workforces for global enterprises in logistics and beyond, built on a fully custom voice stack, models, and orchestration layer.
• You will work with a world-class engineering team grounded in principles of extreme ownership, craftsmanship, urgency with focus, talent density, and first-principles thinking, where autonomy and impact are prioritized over process and hierarchy.
• This role offers the opportunity to grow as a full-stack builder, deepening expertise in modern frontend architectures, headless CMS, edge computing, event tracking, and CRM integration while directly influencing revenue-critical growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of building things independently from scratch without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Direct experience with modern headless CMS platforms such as Payload CMS, Strapi, or equivalent developer-first tools.
• Strong familiarity with Vercel hosting, Edge Middleware, Edge Functions, and CDN-level routing for low-latency personalization.
• Advanced knowledge of event tracking architectures using tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Segment.
• Experience managing data flows into enterprise CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is highly desired.
