- • As a Growth Intern at Adaption Inc., you will help shape the company's early growth strategy by experimenting with unconventional approaches to user acquisition, community building, and product-led growth — moving beyond traditional playbooks to discover what works in real time.
- • Day to day, you will ideate and run experiments across partnerships, events, hackathons, and social media; refine user onboarding and platform experience; engage and grow the early community of researchers and developers; track experiment results, share insights, and iterate quickly; and proactively pitch your own ideas for testing and implementation.
- • You’ll join a tight-knit, mission-driven team at Adaption Inc., a company building adaptive AI systems that evolve in real-time to become more flexible, personalized, and accessible — prioritizing efficiency and talent density to push the boundaries of continual intelligence.
- • In this role, you’ll develop hands-on experience in growth experimentation, community engagement, and user experience optimization; learn how to move fast with ambiguity; build a portfolio of initiative-driven projects; and gain direct exposure to founders and builders shaping the future of AI — all while contributing to a mission of expanding access to intelligent systems.
