📋 Description

• The Growth & Launch Operator will lead the end-to-end launch and growth strategy for a fintech/crypto payments product targeting users in Europe, with a primary focus on Spain. This role is critical for building the growth function from scratch and driving market entry through community-led, referral, and influencer acquisition.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include launching growth initiatives, building influencer and referral programs, engaging with local communities and Telegram ecosystems, coordinating content production (copywriting, SMM, SEO, creatives), managing external contractors, testing growth hypotheses, and supporting product positioning and packaging.
• The team is early-stage and founder-led, operating with minimal structure and high autonomy. The role offers direct access to the founder and the opportunity to shape the launch strategy and future growth team.
• The person in this role will gain end-to-end ownership of a product launch, develop expertise in crypto/fintech GTM strategies, build scalable acquisition systems, and potentially grow into a leadership role by building their own team in SMM, SEO, content, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, web3, neobank, or wallet products
• Proven experience launching growth or GTM initiatives in startup/scale-up environments
• Hands-on mindset with readiness to execute tasks independently
• Strong ownership and autonomy in ambiguous, early-stage settings
• Understanding of referral, community, and influencer acquisition mechanics
• Experience working with contractors and external teams
