- • As a founding Growth Lead at Adaption Inc., you will drive user adoption and external partnerships to grow the company’s base of active users week over week, working hand-in-hand with marketing and GTM teams to scale impact.
- • You will own the weekly active user metric by setting targets, tracking progress, and applying a data-driven lens to acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across all channels.
- • You will run high-velocity experiments across the full funnel, rapidly scaling what works and building compounding systems from learnings, while coordinating large-scale hackathons and refining the onboarding experience for global developers.
- • You will build and activate strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem, cultivating joint go-to-market motions with complementary companies to position Adaption in front of the right technical audiences.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, GTM, and founders to align on messaging and strategy, feeding user and market insights into product discussions to help shape the roadmap.
- • You will join a mission-driven team focused on building efficient, evolving intelligence that is personalized, accessible, and beneficial to many — not just the few — through talent density and continual adaptation.
- • You will have the opportunity to empower the first million users to shape the next era of intelligence, operating with high ownership and direct access to company strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of growth experience at a tech company or startup, ideally in a product-led or developer-first environment
- • Comfortable working with and around technical products, able to hold substantive conversations with engineers and understand how developers evaluate and adopt tools
- • Both creative and data-driven, with strong instincts for what resonates with technical audiences and the ability to back them with meaningful metrics
- • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships, including identifying the right partners, structuring joint motions, and driving mutual outcomes
- • Scrappy and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize ruthlessly, and knowing when to move fast versus when to build systems properly
