- • As a Growth Lead - Engineering at Fyxer Inc., you will own the end-to-end infrastructure and strategy that drives product-led growth across the entire user journey — from landing page to paid activation and seat expansion. This role is critical to sustaining Fyxer’s explosive revenue trajectory, having scaled from $0 to $30M+ ARR in under 18 months, by engineering the experimentation and conversion systems that turn user engagement into measurable business outcomes.
- • You will design, build, and run multivariate experiments to systematically improve conversion rates, leveraging both quantitative data (product analytics, revenue metrics) and qualitative insights (customer interviews, session recordings) to identify high-leverage opportunities. You’ll own the experimentation infrastructure — including testing frameworks, statistical rigor, result interpretation, and rollout decisions — ensuring every test is scientifically sound and actionable.
- • You will build full-stack features and flows using TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, and serverless functions — this is not a configuration or tooling role, but a hands-on engineering position where you ship code that directly impacts growth metrics.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing to align product-side CRO initiatives with paid and organic acquisition funnels, ensuring cohesion between growth loops and go-to-market strategy, while contributing to virality, referral programs, seat expansion, and upgrade mechanics.
- • You will operate in a high-ownership, PM-less environment where you define strategy and execute it end-to-end — no waiting for direction, just intense focus on moving the metrics that matter through rigorous A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth mechanics.
- • You will join a elite, small team backed by Marc Benioff, Harry Stebbings, David Singleton, and Madrona, working in a hybrid model (Mon–Thu in office at Chancery Lane, London; Fri WFH) with a compensation package of up to £170k/year DOE + equity, reflecting the outsized impact expected from exceptional individuals in a high-growth AI startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a CRO, growth, or software engineer with a demonstrable track record of measurably improving conversion rates across sign-up, onboarding, or monetization flows in a B2B SaaS or similar context.
- • Proficiency in the Fyxer tech stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadCN, React Query, and serverless functions, with the ability to build and ship full-stack features independently.
- • Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, including designing and interpreting multivariate tests, distinguishing statistical significance from practical significance, and applying rigorous analytical thinking to growth decisions.
