📋 Description

• The Growth Manager role at Ruby Labs focuses on driving top-of-funnel growth by optimizing user acquisition and conversion funnels to increase registration and payment rates in a B2C environment.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include launching and iterating on product experiments daily and weekly, managing the experimentation backlog, writing PRDs and experiment briefs, generating experiment ideas using UX research and data insights from Mixpanel and Claude, owning the full experiment lifecycle, collaborating with developers for fast delivery, managing release flows across dev/staging/production, ensuring accurate tracking and A/B test setup via GrowthBook and Mixpanel, monitoring performance, and delivering daily/weekly insights to inform iteration decisions.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company operating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment industries, with a mission to drive the future of consumer-led products through innovative teams.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in high-velocity experimentation, master advanced analytics and A/B testing tools, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams, and directly impact key business metrics such as conversion rate, lifetime value, and cost per acquisition while accelerating their career in product-led growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in product management and growth, with at least 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles
• Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C environments, directly impacting conversion rate, LTV, and CPA
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-velocity growth environment where experiments are launched daily or weekly
• Strong hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision)
• Deep proficiency with product analytics tools, especially Mixpanel for funnels, cohorts, and event-based analysis
• Experience with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook
