📋 Description

• The Growth Manager (Senior Growth Product Manager) role at Ruby Labs Ltd. is critical for driving top-of-funnel growth by optimizing user registration and payment funnels in a B2C environment, directly impacting conversion rates, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include launching and iterating on product experiments daily and weekly, owning the experimentation backlog, writing PRDs and experiment briefs, generating experiment ideas using UX research and data insights from Mixpanel and Claude, managing the full experiment lifecycle, collaborating with developers for fast delivery, overseeing release flows across dev/staging/production, ensuring accurate tracking and A/B test setup via GrowthBook and Mixpanel, and delivering daily/weekly performance insights.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment industries, with a mission to drive the future of consumer-led products through passionate, high-impact teams.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in high-velocity experimentation, master end-to-end funnel optimization, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with engineering, and directly influence key business metrics while advancing their career in product-led growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in product management and growth, with at least 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles
• Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C environments, directly impacting CR, LTV, and CPA
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-velocity growth environment with daily or weekly experiment launches
• Strong hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision)
• Deep proficiency with product analytics tools, especially Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis)
• Experience with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook
