• • Own the full lifecycle of growth campaigns—from ideation and hypothesis formation to experiment design, execution, and post-mortem analysis—across 100+ derivative products, 16 spot pairs, and 30+ crypto conversion options.
• • Partner daily with Strategy, Product, Creative Design, and Data teams to translate BitMEX’s market-leading innovations (e.g., the 2015 Perpetual Swap invention) into region-specific narratives that resonate with retail and institutional traders alike.
• • Build and run always-on, data-driven experiments that increase user acquisition, activation, and retention in key geos; leverage SQL, Looker, and Amplitude to monitor funnel KPIs and iterate in real time.
• • Craft high-impact product-launch playbooks that turn technical features (Proof of Reserves, zero-coin-loss security record, sub-millisecond latency) into compelling value propositions for traders, media, and influencers.
• • Design and execute multi-channel brand campaigns (paid social, programmatic, SEO, email, Discord, Telegram, X) that scale globally yet feel hyper-local; manage six-figure budgets with clear CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.
• • Lead creative brainstorms that push boundaries—think meme-worthy visuals, viral trading challenges, and interactive live streams—while staying compliant with evolving crypto regulations and BitMEX’s risk framework.
• • Establish rigorous A/B and multivariate testing cadences; surface statistically significant insights to senior leadership and turn learnings into repeatable growth frameworks that the entire organization can adopt.
• • Own regional OKRs for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM; adjust messaging, creative, and channel mix to cultural nuances, regulatory climates, and competitive landscapes without diluting the core BitMEX brand.
• • Collaborate with PR and Communications to amplify milestones—such as new derivative listings or on-chain transparency reports—securing tier-1 media coverage and thought-leadership placements.
• • Champion a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing: maintain a living playbook of winning tactics, failed experiments, and channel benchmarks so that every new campaign starts smarter than the last.
• • Stay on the bleeding edge of Web3 growth tactics—token-gated experiences, NFT drops, referral flywheels, and on-chain attribution—to ensure BitMEX remains the exchange traders talk about first.
• • Present weekly growth dashboards to stakeholders across time zones, translating complex data into crisp narratives that drive go/no-go decisions and resource allocation.
• • Mentor junior marketers and cross-functional teammates on growth mindset, experimentation rigor, and crypto-specific storytelling, fostering a remote-first culture that values meticulousness, agility, and simplicity.
