📋 Description

• Growth Marketer at OpenObserve Inc. is responsible for driving non-linear growth through creative, end-to-end experiments that differentiate the brand in a crowded observability market.
• Day to day, the role involves running weekly experiments from ideation to measurement — writing copy, building landing pages, setting up distribution, tracking performance, and iterating fast based on data.
• OpenObserve is a fast-growing, developer-forward observability platform backed by leading investors, trusted by SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise customers, with a product-obsessed, high-ownership culture that values clarity and bold swings.
• In this role, you will learn to blend technical fluency with creative taste, master data-driven experimentation, and own a full growth motion — shaping how a category-defining product is discovered and adopted by developers and engineering teams worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or dev tools growth marketing, ideally with PLG experience
• Ability to write technical-flavored content and ship conversion tests quickly, with working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and relevant tooling
• Strong taste in marketing and the ability to differentiate OpenObserve from generic B2B vendors through creative execution
• AI-native mindset — using AI for copy variations, analysis, and research without producing generic output
• Data-obsessed approach — focusing on real KPIs, clean tracking, UTM attribution, and conversion events to drive decisions
• Bias for shipping — preference for launching flawed experiments quickly over waiting for perfection
