  • • Architect and build AI-powered GTM infrastructure to scale marketing, sales, and revenue operations without proportional headcount growth, designing workflows, agents, data pipelines, and internal tools that automate and enhance team output.
  • • Own end-to-end pipeline growth strategy, defining and executing scalable demand generation from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline acceleration and conversion, with clear ownership of funnel metrics and revenue impact.
  • • Identify, build, and execute offline growth opportunities in the ecommerce space, particularly targeting up-market and higher ACV opportunities aligned with Tapcart’s ICP.
  • • Lead continuous creative experimentation across multiple demand channels—including paid, outbound, partnerships, events, and lifecycle marketing—turning winning tests into scalable, systematized growth engines.
  • • Deploy AI-driven marketing and GTM tools—both internal and external-facing—that multiply productivity across the entire GTM organization, not just individual workstreams.
  • • Strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops by building critical connective tissue: attribution models, handoff protocols, signal routing systems, and shared KPIs to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into high-quality pipeline.
  • • Establish operational excellence in GTM by creating structured, scalable playbooks, documenting processes, and implementing systems that enable the team to execute consistently without dependency on individual contributors.
  • • Drive lifecycle marketing programs that nurture prospects and customers across stages using segmentation, personalization, and timely messaging to increase engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • • Design and optimize experiments across channels, messages, and motions with scrappy startup energy, balancing creativity with strategic discipline and data-driven iteration.
  • • Maintain deep fluency in the modern GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot, CDPs, enrichment providers, attribution platforms, and outbound tooling—and have a track record of rearchitecting or building meaningful components of it.
  • • Use analytical instincts to guide decisions, prioritize investments, and measure performance through funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Rev Ops, Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership to align on goals, execution, and outcomes, operating as a bridge between marketing and broader revenue functions.
  • • Operate comfortably in ambiguity, taking initiative in evolving environments where priorities shift and self-driven problem-solving is rewarded.
  • • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, building trust and alignment through data-backed storytelling.
  • • Leverage technical skills such as SQL, light scripting, or API familiarity to build and modify systems without always requiring engineering support.
  • • Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem is a key context for understanding customer needs and platform integrations.
  • • Contribute to a culture of operational rigor, process improvement, and scalable growth by documenting systems and enabling others to run them independently.
