- • Define, create, and deliver integrated global marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities, and support expansion, aligned to product and commercial priorities.
- • Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion stages of the customer lifecycle.
- • Measure and report on marketing performance using diagnostics and insights to recommend and implement data-driven improvements.
- • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are relevant, timely, and directly impact commercial outcomes.
- • Support reporting, analysis, and implementation of growth initiatives across all stages of the customer journey.
- • Share insights, learnings, and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to foster continuous improvement across campaigns and strategies.
- • Take full ownership of campaigns and experiments that drive pipeline, with direct accountability for measurable outcomes.
- • Work hands-on across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition through to expansion—with a focus on scalable, repeatable growth tactics.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, sales goals, and business priorities.
- • Use data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and refine marketing strategies based on real-time results and experimentation.
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment where insight, experimentation, and continuous improvement are core values.
- • Maintain in-office presence once every week as required, based in Cambridge.
- • Contribute to a culture of transparency and shared learning, where findings are documented and disseminated across the organization.
- • Ensure all marketing activities are grounded in B2B software industry context, targeting data professionals and enterprise decision-makers.
- • Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance to stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.
- • Balance multiple priorities and stakeholders while managing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- • Apply proven experience in B2B marketing programs within a technology or software environment to drive measurable pipeline growth.
- • Leverage analytical tools and platforms to track KPIs, interpret metrics, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- • Contribute to a team culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration, where diverse perspectives are valued and inclusion is prioritized.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience executing and managing B2B marketing programmes or campaigns, ideally within a software or technology environment.
- • Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
- • The ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, or similar teams.
