- • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using HubSpot or High Level, including email and SMS workflows.
- • Manage and maintain active social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- • Develop and uphold a 30-day content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all digital channels.
- • Design graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma to support campaign materials and social content.
- • Automate repetitive marketing tasks using Zapier to synchronize data between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
- • Track campaign performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets and translate data into clear, actionable insights for the team.
- • Collaborate directly with sales representatives in South America to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- • Create and document easy-to-follow process guides to standardize workflows and improve team efficiency.
- • Launch automated email and SMS nurture sequences with a target open rate of at least 20% and unsubscribe rate below 1% within the first 90 days.
- • Publish a full month of scheduled social media content on time and in alignment with the content calendar.
- • Reduce campaign build time by 25% through the implementation of new automation workflows.
- • Build and deliver a live, simple dashboard that visually represents lead flow and marketing performance at a glance.
- • Work within a fully remote, async-friendly culture that emphasizes autonomy and clear communication.
- • Utilize budget provided for professional development, including courses, design assets, or AI tool credits.
- • Contribute directly to revenue growth and user acquisition through measurable marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with a modern CRM, preferably HubSpot
- • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social)

- • Basic design and video editing skills with demonstrated samples from past work
- • Solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
